How to install Frames
Once you download frames to your computer. You open them in your Paint Shop Pro. Once they are open, click on the first one you wish to install. Then you click on File, scan down to Export, scan down to Picture Frame, click there and it will install it in your Picture Frames for you. Yes! Its just that simple!!
